I was born & reared in rural western New York State. I am one of 7 children. I spent my formative years riding horses; hunters, dressage & eventing competitively and participating in 4-H and Pony Club. I was also an avid, competitive swimmer.
I attended undergraduate college at SUNY Delhi (1974-AAS Veterinary Technology) and Cornell University (1976-BS in Agriculture & Life Science). Graduate school: Doctor of Chiropractic from NYCC (1997- New York Chiropractic College) Post graduate: Animal Adjusting Certification, and Addictionology Diplomate (c.)
I am mother of 2 adult children, a son 28yo and daughter 26yo. My son and his wife are in the USAF. My daughter is working on her PhD in Exercise Physiology. Yes, I’m a proud Mama! I birthed 2, and now have 3 wonderful children.
My employment history (pre-Chiropractic): Cornell University Veterinary Teaching Hospital as a Surgical Nurse; Research Assistant in Bovine mastitis; Veterinary Technician for Equine & Small Animals; Freelance body worker on horses using TTouch; Centered Riding Instructor.

It is my passion to work with people and animals for their optimal personal and athletic performance. I take great joy in helping those who choose to make changes in their lives. Getting adjusted helps you to be flexible, tolerant and pro-active in regards to life’s choices. Life is simply a series of experiences and chiropractic adjustments help your body-mind to integrate the subtle energies that flow within you obtained through these experiences of life.
